Stamping

- Process -

Metal parts extrusion

- Characteristic -

CNC cutting

- Process -
Use Tongtai-VP-8NP-10 to develop and produce stainless steel, aluminum, copper, alloy and other materials for customers.

2. It has high-precision processing capabilities and excellent milling processing.

Alloy die casting

- Process -
Use 80T~250T die-casting equipment to manufacture.

- Characteristic -
Zinc alloy has high strength and hardness characteristics, making it an ideal substitute for machining, pressing and stamping. And it can show more excellent shock absorption and vibration absorbing ability, and the mold life is long, and the mold cost is also lower than that of aluminum alloy. The aluminum alloy is an ideal product for use in harsh environments because of its good corrosion resistance and heat dissipation ability.

Plastic injection
